AJMS Leather Heavy Diving Shoes

Fitted with heavy brass soles made to U.S. Navy design. The Original Morse Shoes had a narrower toe which could be uncomfortable if the dress feet became bunched up in them. The Navy went to a wider toe shoe in WWII and this is the current design of the Morse shoes. The Diving Shoes incorporate a strong Leather upper attached to a solid Maple inner sole. A brass (heavyweight) sole is bolted to the bottom of the Maple inner sole. The Uppers are available in Black or Brown. The shoes are held to the diver's feet with lacing and a strap. All hardware (grommets, screws, bolts & nuts) are made of brass.The shoes are fitted with cast brass safety toes.  One size only. Will not fit over modern heavy drysuit safety boots. Shoes will fit over modern drysuit swim boots, or boots on older canvas (Yokohama type) dress. Weight is approximately 40 lbs. per pair.
