Safety Rope for Diving Air Hat
The Safety Rope Assembly attaches to the loop on the front of the Air Hat and passes through the diver's crotch to be attached to the tail on the rear of the Air Hat. The Safety Rope Assembly keeps the helmet on the diver's head in the event of a neck seal failure, or the umbilical being pulled. The large boat snaps are easy to operate even with gloves in the event the helmet must be jettisoned in an emergency. The length is easily adjustable.
Note: Due to the unavailability of the 3/4" poly rope from the manufacturer the safety rope diameter has been returned to the original 5/8" diameter. 3/4" safety ropes are Yellow in color and 5/8" ropes are Orange for easy identification.
