The DESCO cuff rings and clamps are derrived from the US Navy design depicted on Bureau of Ships drawing 536464 dated 8/8/42. The rings, lugs, and cuff bolt are cast Red Brass. The band is Yellow Brass. The lugs are riveted and soldered to the band. 

Price is for 1 pair. New cuff rings & clamps are only sold by the pair.
